![]() On July 23rd, 2018, the first "Race to 9999VR" was released which made his channel grow in popularity. In 2018, he started making compilation videos and starting with his collaboration video with Tomothy Norton (Sword0fSeals) and Troy Wilson Dunbeck (TWD98) in January 2018, he started his close association with Troy's YouTube channel. In 2017, after five years of taking a break, he had the personal goal of obtaining a worldwide top ten time, and in the process started streaming on Twitch and uploading to his YouTube channel again. He later uploaded videos of other people's runs, but in late 2012, he stopped playing and uploading new videos to his channel. In 2009, he was a member of Evul and began uploading videos of clan wars, which at the time were conducted without using Skype at all compared to later clan innovations. He started with uploading clips of shortcuts or full videos of his 3 lap and fast lap runs. Nick created his first channel, NMeade5 on September 28th, 2008. To this day, Nicholas has the third longest reign for being regarded as the champion of Mario Kart Wii, with Martin Fox being the first and Thomas Petraud (Totom) being the second longest. Nick was the first player to continuously hold the record for over a year and the second person to do so for over 100 days, with the first person being Alvin van Asselt who did so twice with separate 217 and 287 day reigns. His reign lasted for 612 days until late October 2011 when it was taken by Shaun Tanney. David's title lasted for a month, and after five times of the title being traded, it ended on February 21st, 2010, when Nick firmly established his championship title. On January 10th, 2010, Nick was titled the champion of the player's page for the first time, which lasted only three days until it was taken back by David McPartland (Bubbles). Impressively, Nick has been able to secure his position in the top ten of the AF charts for over a decade. Although Nicholas' last world record was set on July 30th, 2017 on N64 Bowser's Castle, he still maintains very high worldwide rankings on Maple Treeway, GCN Mario Circuit, and is the American champion on N64 Bowser's Castle. ![]() On Wario's Gold Mine no-glitch and Maple Treeway no-glitch, he has had reigns for over 500 days and on N64 Bowser's Castle he has set five world records. The longest standing world record he obtained was the 1:31.421 on GCN Mario Circuit set on December 25th, 2011 that lasted for 764 days until it was overtaken by Martin Fox, and Nick is second to Fox in terms of overall world record reign on the course, with NMick's total reign lasting 1116 days. Since then, he has set a current total of sixteen world records on four unique tracks, all being non-shortcut categories. On November 22nd, 2009, he achieved his first world record with a 2:18.541 on Maple Treeway. Nick started seriously Time Trialing back in the late summer of 2008.
